Tactical Nutrition is about more than just what you eat and drink. Its a mindset about optimizing mind and body through the use of discipline and physical fitness and properly nourishing the body.
As a seasoned personal trainer and nutrition coach I have crafted a blueprint that can be adapted to any target, whether you’re looking to lose a lot of weight, gain a lot of muscle, or both.
My personal story is one of growing up as a skinny kid with basically no muscle mass. When I was 17 I began weight lifting and then eventually got my B.A. in Health Promotion & Wellness / Fitness Leadership from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. I then attained my ACSM certification and began training clients which I continued to do for the next decade. I was able to put on 45 pounds of muscle with basically no bodyfat and overcome a multitude of personal health issues including eczema and exercised-induced asthma, which I did using nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Now, I’m using those same health strategies to help other people do the same.
