Welcome to TacticalNutrition.net (the “Site”). Tactical Nutrition (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides fitness, nutrition, and coaching-related services through this Site and via the third-party mobile training application Trainerize (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Scope of Services

Tactical Nutrition provides fitness training programs, nutrition guidance, coaching support, educational content, and progress tracking. Some Services are delivered through the Trainerize mobile application, which is operated by a third party.

Tactical Nutrition does not own, operate, or control the Trainerize platform and is not responsible for its availability, functionality, or data handling practices.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site or Services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent

  • You are legally able to enter into this agreement

  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes

3. Account Registration

Certain Services may require you to create an account through Trainerize or related platforms. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable third-party platform rules.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Services may require payment or subscription. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Pricing and offerings may change at any time

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Tactical Nutrition is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or disputes related to third-party payment processors.

5. Medical Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Tactical Nutrition is not a medical provider. The information, coaching, programs, workouts, and nutrition guidance provided through the Site or Services are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You should consult with a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, exercise, or nutrition program

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

  • You are responsible for understanding your own physical and medical limitations

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through the Services.

6. Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that physical training, exercise, and nutrition-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury or strain

  • Aggravation of pre-existing conditions

  • Equipment misuse or failure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Tactical Nutrition, its owners, coaches, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation in the Services.

This waiver applies whether participation occurs online, through Trainerize, or independently while following provided programs.

7. Use of Trainerize Platform

Access to workouts, tracking, messaging, and program delivery may occur through the Trainerize app. Your use of Trainerize is subject to Trainerize’s own terms and policies.

Tactical Nutrition is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or technical issues

  • Data loss or syncing errors

  • Actions or omissions of Trainerize or its affiliates

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and Services, including text, graphics, logos, videos, programs, and materials, is the property of Tactical Nutrition or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee specific results from participation in any program.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tactical Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tactical Nutrition from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tactical Nutrition operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
